Memorialize the name of your loved one on a 9″ x 2″ Bronze Plaque that will be placed on an outdoor bench with a cast aluminum frame and to-grade recycled plastic slats. The bench is located in front of the Divine Mercy statue.
Two memorials are available on this double bench. The price is for each plaque.
Inscriptions are typically "In Memory of " a loved one who has passed away. The Shrine has standards for inscriptions. Your inscription must conform to those provided in the picture with six samples shown here.
The inscription will be reviewed by the memorials coordinator who will contact you with any issues or questions. You will see a proof of your plaque to approve before it is created.
